From Bottleneck to Buyable: October 16th, 6:15PM EST
Your business is thriving...
As long as you micromanage, muscle through, and sacrifice your sanity.
But step away?
Shit hits the fan faster than
you can say "delegate."
This webinar?
It's your wake-up call.
(And yeah, it stings a little.)

If your calendar’s packed
but your bank account (and sanity) aren’t growing…
You don’t need more hustle.
You need a business that can survive without you duct-taping every broken process with your brainpower.
This free training shows you how to stop being the overworked superhero and start being the actual CEO.
Still Doing Everyone’s Job But Yours?
• You’re closing deals, fixing client shit, reviewing copy, and cleaning up delivery.
• Your team means well...but they ask you everything.
• You haven’t taken a guilt-free vacation since pre-COVID.
• The business looks great on Instagram, but behind the scenes? Chaos, stress, and a lot of “I’ll just do it myself.”
• And if someone offered to buy tomorrow? You’d still be working there…indefinitely.
Let’s cut the Bullshit.
You built a job.
Now it’s time to build an actual business.
Mental Health & Business
Don’t Have to Compete
49% of entrepreneurs are facing a mental health challenge.
Most are medicated. Most are overwhelmed.
And here’s the kicker:
They’re running their business the same way
they manage their stress...
Treating symptoms. Ignoring the systems.
You don’t need more therapy for your ops.
You need systems that don’t suck.
Let’s fix the real root issues...without losing your edge.
Creative Minds
Built The Economy…
Now it's burning them out.
You didn’t start this business to follow rules.
You started it because you’re not built for the box.
But now you’ve built a cage of your own making...
One filled with Slack messages, unpaid invoices, and “real quick” team requests.
You’re a visionary.
Let’s stop letting your calendar kill that.

MY STORY
I Didn't Just
Build the System.
I Survived It.
My name is David Boyle.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since before I had a bank account.
At 9 years old, I was handing out flyers for lawn care and even shoveling driveways like a tiny capitalist with a snotty nose.
Also? I made duct tape wallets. That somehow sold. (Still proud of that.)
From an early age, I grew up learning about business from my grandparents in the donut franchise they bought.
Nearly everyday after school for years, we'd go there and do homework. After, my grandma would teach us things we learned in school through their business systems.
From counting money, customer service, measuring ingredients for large batches, and fulfilling contract orders they had with hotels, and gas stations. Eventually, we saw the whole system as one. Little did I know how that would shape my future in business.
By college, I was painting, writing, selling art, building a clothing brand, and ghostwriting papers for design kids too hungover to write their own.
I was taking 19 credit hours and slipping out to paint graffiti at 3am.
I myself was operating like a machine.
Then life hit me like a brick through a stained-glass window.
For nearly a decade...
Unemployable.
Nine medications.
Diagnosed with schizophrenia.
Over $110,000 in debt.
On government assistance.
And my credit score? You’d cry.
That version of me didn’t dream of “scaling.”
He just wanted to make it to tomorrow without falling apart.
But I climbed out.
Off meds. Out of debt. Off assistance.
And back to what I knew best...building.
Odd jobs to start. Design firm. Farmhand. Vegan Restaurant. Tile Setter. Then a job at a psych hospital.
During that time, I setup a side hustle doing freelance work...
logos, branding, websites.
Ironically…business owners started asking for more.
And I was listening.
I realized the chaos they felt in business was the same chaos I’d learned to calm in my own mind and systems I learned in my grandparents donut franchise. I began to combine the two.
And that became my edge.
For the last 7 years, I’ve coached business owners and entrepreneurs - real estate agents, attorneys, contractors, agency owners, coaches, creatives, restaurant consultants, product makers, wedding planners, founders, nonprofit leaders and people who wear 37 hats before lunch.
They all had the same secret:
“Help. I’m exhausted. And if I stop…it all falls apart.”
So I built systems with them, for them.
The same way I rebuilt myself - brick by brick, with systems that stick.
Not just to make more money.
But to finally step back, breathe, and live a damn life again.
Last year (2024) I reviewed 50 businesses for sale.
Of the 50, most were selling a job working 60 hours a week...for anywhere between 1.5M - 5M. Overpriced, overworked, and their futures tied up in the asset (if it sold.) Out of the 50, One acquisition.
If you’ve built a business that looks great from the outside but feels like a hostage situation on the inside?
I’ve been there.
And I can guide you toward the roadmap out.
Let’s build something that frees you.
What You’ll
Actually Learn
(No Bullshit)
1. The 3 exact moves to scale AND make your business sellable (even if you aren't considering selling.)
2. How to systemize without drowning in boring-ass SOP's.
3. Why you are the bottleneck...and how to fire yourself without losing control.
4. What real buyers are actually looking for (and how to reverse engineer it.)
5. How to stop doing $20/hour tasks in a business that could be printing $100k/month.
This is NOT for:
❌ Perfectionists with 42 open tabs and no working systems
❌ People who love chaos and call it “entrepreneurship”
❌ Anyone hoping for a hack instead of a habit
This IS For You If…
• You’re the brains, brawn, and babysitter of the business
• You’ve got momentum, but it’s costing your focus, health, and sanity
• You’re ready to step back, scale up, or sell...without guilt or collapse
Zero Fluff. Just Systems That Work.
This ain’t “align with your higher purpose” fluff.
It’s unsexy, practical systems.
The kind that make your business actually run (and become sellable) without babysitting.
